Step 1

  1. Distribute a collection statement to parents/guardians.
  2. Take note of all students whose parents do not want their information shared with local council.
  3. Liaise with your local council immunisation coordinator regarding the 2017 Secondary School Vaccine Program and request a secure email address to send data to.
